We believe everyone has a right to access the Shinju Matsuri Festival events. Here's how we are aiming to provide an inclusive festival.

As the central pop-up venue for the entire 16-day extravaganza, the Shinju Matsuri Festival Hub at Town Beach is your go-to place to find out all about what’s on offer during the Shinju Matsuri Festival. If you have any accessibility questions, be sure to drop by.

Yes! Accessible and companion cardholder tickets are available for purchase. Please contact us directly for more information.

Please note:

  • Acceptance of the Companion Card does not indicate that the venue is accessible.
  • Cardholders are advised to check accessibility of the venue or event before booking tickets.
  • Companion Cardholders must inform us of the requirement for a Companion ticket at the time of the booking.
  • A Companion ticket will only be available when the cardholder requires the assistance of a companion.
  • Cardholders must provide their Companion Card details (photograph and details) when making a booking.
  • Both the Companion Cardholder and person requiring assistance must be present when making the booking.
