All event information, including supporting materials, logo, link or QR code to ticketing platform, must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the commencement of Shinju Matsuri. All information due by 25 July 2026.
If all information is not provided by the due date, my event may not feature in the festival program.
If necessary, I will communicate all event changes with the Shinju Matsuri team before the due date.
