High energy sculpt + fresh juice.

Start your day with an energising Pilates sculpt session that blends upbeat tunes, core-powered movement, and a whole lot of good vibes. Sun & Sip is a high-energy mat workout designed to leave you glowing—and it ends with a refreshing post-class juice to sip and socialise with your festival crew.

It’s movement, community, and celebration in one uplifting morning. BYO mat and water bottle. All fitness levels welcome.
