Opportunity Beckons!

The stalls at our popular Festival Finale and NEW Pearl Harvest Party are sure to be a huge highlight! If you want the perfect opportunity to show and sell your wares whilst lapping up the festival vibes, then we have the answer!

With a choice of setting up shop at the Pearl Harvest Party on 3rd September (5pm-8pm) and/or the grand Festival Finale 10th September (5pm – 9pm), you can register your stall for either one or both of these bustling occasions.  A registration fee will be involved depending on the size of your stall and whether you’re attending one or both events.

Stall holder prices

  • Non food – No power –  3 x 3m – One event = $50, two events = $80
  • Non food – No power – More than 3m – One event = $99, two events = $150
  • Food – No power – Less than 7m – One event = $99, Two events = $150
  • Food –  No power – More than 7m – One event = $120, two events = $180

Unfortunately we are not able to supply power at any of our events
