Disability Workshop

The arts are a great way to welcome new people, ideas and forms of expression and provide the opportunity for people who may have otherwise been unaware of pathways for inclusion in Shinju Matsuri. 

Vibrant and colourful decorations and art workshops are run to facilitate artistic development and participation.  Needs of disabled members of the community are catered for through art workshops and follow up seminars that provide a range of information and services that encourage activity and interaction that are essential to fulfilling a productive and participative life. It is our intention to bridge a vital link between community, health and support services delivered through an annual festival in a rewarding and empowering way.
